I built two Apify actors that scrape U.S. Congress trading data — directly from government sources, no QuiverQuant

TL;DR I built two Apify actors that pull every U.S. Senate and House Periodic Transaction Report (PTR) directly from official government sources, parse them into a clean JSON dataset, and expose them through Apify's API. They replace QuiverQuant 's congressional-trading endpoint at roughly 1/10th the cost.
