I was tired of copy-pasting between job tracker and CV tools, so I connected them

Last year when I was applying for jobs, my setup was a mess. I had 10 tabs open, a spreadsheet to track applications, and multiple versions of my CV. Every time I wanted to tailor my CV for a role, I had to copy paste the job description somewhere, paste my CV somewhere else, and manually compare the two. It worked, but it was slow and annoying.
