If you've come from web development, you have muscle memory for testing. Spin up Jest, mock the database, hit the route, assert. Or use Playwright to drive a headless browser through a flow. CI runs the suite on every PR. You know the loop. Then you open a Godot project. The web testing playbook breaks in five places before you finish your morning coffee. I'm writing this because the gap between "AI wrote my Godot code" and "the code actually works" is mostly testing, and most of the testing too
