Where can I find a designer like this and what...

Im looking for a designer that is very responsive, and make adjustments live, come up with their own ideas. Ive been hiring some designers off of Upwork, and its kind of frustrating because I don't even really know exactly what I want, but im looking for one that can come up with their own ideas aswell that may be better then mine. But the designers ive worked with will give you one variation a day when i give feedback and im someone that needs to see 1000 variations before I make my choice. I u
