35, burned out, dunno what to do
Idk why i'm making this post. I guess after 8 months of being on burnout sick leave, therapy, psychiatry, and starting another job in a different city to remove myself from the same environment that caused burnout, I'm just spiralling right back into burnout again. I don't have the energy to keep trying, I want to give up. Sorry

Agreed. Would love to see a follow-up with more recent numbers.
I'm not sure the conclusion holds for smaller teams. Would be interesting to see this broken down by company size.
