I Stopped Applying to Jobs Listed as 'Hybrid' — Here's Why
Three months ago I changed my job search strategy. I stopped applying to anything listed as "hybrid." My response rate went up. Not because hybrid jobs are bad — because "hybrid" means whatever the company wants it to mean. The word means nothing I applied to nine hybrid roles between January and March.
